We’re All a Small Business
No matter how we work, we’re all a small business.
If we provide skills, insight, or resources in exchange for compensation, then we’re managing value, trust, and relationships every day — whether we call it that or not.
I’m Michael Nash, and Dogcow 207 is my professional home.
Dogcow Innovates is the mantra.
Rooted in Maine and shaped by years of building systems, experiences, and ideas, my work sits at the crossroads of people and technology. I help individuals and organizations see their work — and themselves — as something worth designing intentionally. Because when people understand how their work works, everything gets better.
What I Do: Dogcow Innovates
Dogcow Innovates is about making people and technology a dynamic duo — not a power struggle.
Too often, technology is something people are forced to adapt to, work around, or tolerate. I flip that script. My work focuses on designing systems where technology supports people, amplifies their strengths, and removes friction instead of creating it.
I specialize in:
• Customer Experience (CX) Strategy – Designing end-to-end experiences that align purpose, process, and outcomes.
• User Experience (UX) Design – Making systems intuitive, human-centered, and easy to use — because good design should feel invisible.
• Systems Integration – Connecting tools, platforms, and workflows so they work together instead of competing for attention.
• Change Management – Helping people move through change with clarity, confidence, and shared ownership.
• Automation – Using smart automation to reduce noise, eliminate repetition, and free people to do their best work.
At the core of everything I do is Customer Experience Architecture (CXA) — a practical approach to designing how people interact with systems, services, and each other. It’s not about more technology. It’s about better use of what already exists.

The Dogcow Philosophy
Innovation doesn’t have to be loud.
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
And it definitely doesn’t have to leave people behind.
Dogcow Innovates means asking better questions, designing with empathy, and building systems that respect how humans actually think and work.
If you believe work should make more sense — and technology should feel like a partner, not a boss — you’re in the right place.
